Event FAQs

How many matches will I play?

Every participant plays multiple matches — the exact number depends on the total players registered. ArenaX uses a structured assessment format, not single-match elimination, so you play enough to be evaluated fairly.

Is this a knockout tournament?

No. ArenaX is a performance assessment program, not a knockout tournament. Everyone plays multiple matches regardless of results. Ranking is based on overall assessed performance, not just wins.

How does payment work?

Registration is free and holds your slot tentatively. A payment link is sent to your WhatsApp within 24 hours of registering. Your slot is confirmed only upon payment. No on-spot registrations or payments.

What do I need to bring?

Your badminton racket, appropriate court shoes, and your ArenaX registration confirmation. Shuttlecocks are provided. Wear comfortable sports attire. Arrive at least 15 minutes before the reporting time.

When will I receive my certificate?

Your ArenaX Performance Certificate and full performance report are dispatched digitally within 48 hours of the event. You'll receive them on the WhatsApp number provided during registration.

Can I cancel or transfer my slot?

Cancellation or transfer requests can be made up to 5 days before the event. Contact us via WhatsApp. After that, slots cannot be transferred or refunded as the assessment schedule is fixed.

Is Mixed Doubles available?

Based on registrations and demand, ArenaX may introduce Mixed Doubles pairing. Finalized category details are communicated before the event via WhatsApp to all registered players.
