Registration itself is free — it holds your slot tentatively. A payment link is sent to your WhatsApp within 24 hours.

20 players per category — Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Doubles pairs count as 2 players. Once a category fills, it closes. No on-spot entries are allowed. Register early to avoid missing out.

Subject to slot availability, players may register for both formats. Each registration is treated and priced separately. Contact us via WhatsApp if you'd like to register for both.

Beginner: Still learning basics, inconsistent rallies. Intermediate: Playing regularly, comfortable in matches, not yet competing at district level. Advanced: Regular tournament participant, consistent technique, strategic awareness. If unsure, register as Intermediate — ArenaX assessors observe your actual level and note it in your report.

Your slot is tentatively held upon registration. It is confirmed only after payment. You'll receive a WhatsApp message with your ArenaX Player ID after payment is received. If you don't receive a payment link within 24 hours of registering, message us on WhatsApp.

ArenaX Event #1 is open to players 12 years and above. Players under 18 require parental consent confirmation at check-in. There is no upper age limit.

UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), QR code scan, and Net Banking. All payments processed through a secure payment gateway. No cash payments accepted.

Your slot is held for 48 hours after you receive the payment link. If payment isn't received within that window, the slot is released to the next player on the waitlist. WhatsApp us if you need an extension.

First, check that your WhatsApp is active on the number you registered with (without +91 prefix). If you haven't received the link within 24 hours of registering, message us directly on WhatsApp with your registered name and we'll sort it immediately.

No. ArenaX is a performance assessment program, not a knockout tournament. Every player plays multiple structured matches. Ranking is based on overall assessed performance — not just who won or lost. Everyone receives a result regardless of their match record.

Every participant plays at least 3 matches, subject to final participant numbers. The format ensures enough match data for a meaningful performance assessment. Exact match count is confirmed on event day after the draw.

ArenaX assessors track: technique consistency (serve, smash, drop, net play), court movement, tactical decision-making, temperament under pressure, and court awareness. Win/loss matters but it's not the only factor in your ranking.

Event #1 includes Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, and Women's Doubles categories. Mixed Doubles may be introduced based on registrations — we'll confirm via WhatsApp before the event.

Yes. ArenaX provides shuttlecocks for all matches. Players bring their own rackets and court shoes. Wear comfortable sports attire. There's no mandatory kit requirement.

Yes — every registered participant who attends the event receives an official ArenaX Performance Certificate. This is not a participation certificate — it contains your actual assessed rank, skill category, performance band, and playing archetype.

Your report includes: Overall Rank (e.g. 4/20), Skill Category (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced — verified by assessors), Performance Band (Top 25%, Top 50%, etc.), and your Playing Archetype (e.g. Aggressive Attacker, Defensive Counter, Balanced Controller). A complete breakdown of your game.

Certificates and performance reports are sent digitally to your registered WhatsApp within 48 hours of the event. You can also download and share them from the link provided.

Yes. Visit certificate-validation.html and enter the Certificate ID. The system will display the participant name, rank, skill category, and performance band — allowing anyone to verify authenticity.

Absolutely — that's part of what makes ArenaX certificates valuable. The certificate is a verifiable document with a unique Certificate ID. Add it to your LinkedIn profile, include it in college sports CVs, or attach it to sports scholarship applications.

Message us on WhatsApp with your registered name and ArenaX Player ID. Cancellations must be requested in writing (WhatsApp message). Verbal requests are not processed. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Slot transfers are allowed up to 5 days before the event, subject to approval. The replacement player must complete their own registration form. Contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a transfer. Transfers after this deadline are not possible.

In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement by ArenaX (due to force majeure or any operational reason), full refunds are processed to all registered players within 7 business days. For postponements, registered players are given priority re-registration at no extra cost.

Bring your badminton racket, court shoes (non-marking soles), and your ArenaX Player ID (sent via WhatsApp). Wear comfortable sports attire. Shuttlecocks are provided. Bring water and any personal sports nutrition you need.

Reporting starts at 7:30 AM. Arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the briefing at 8:30 AM. Late arrivals may miss the draw and forfeit their slot. Exact venue details and final timings are shared via WhatsApp 48 hours before the event.

Yes. Spectators are welcome at the venue. There is no separate spectator fee. We ask that spectators do not interfere with assessment rounds or distract players during matches.

Players with medical conditions should inform us via WhatsApp before the event. ArenaX is not responsible for injuries sustained during play. Players participate at their own discretion and confirm they are medically fit to play competitive badminton.
